Who Treats You

Neurotoxin and filler are prescription treatments, and every injector here works under the Medical Director’s written protocols. Here is who is on the other end of the needle, what each person is licensed to do, and how supervision works.

The roster

Our Providers

Dr. Daniel L. Francis, DO

Medical Director. Licensed in New Jersey as a physician and surgeon. Injecting since 2003. Practices at both Cape May Court House and Gibbsboro.

Author of the written protocols every clinician here works under. Personally performs the physician-only procedures listed below, plus neurotoxin, filler, PRP, threads, and energy-based treatments.

Michelle Johnson, RN, BSN

Nurse injector. New Jersey-licensed registered nurse. Neurotoxin, dermal filler, PRP facial treatments, and laser and energy-based devices (laser hair removal, IPL, and similar) under the Medical Director’s written protocols and treatment orders.

Angela Buglak, RN

Nurse injector. New Jersey-licensed registered nurse. Neurotoxin, dermal filler, and laser and energy-based devices (laser hair removal, IPL, and similar) under the Medical Director’s written protocols and treatment orders.

Jenn Hale, RN, BSN

Nurse injector. New Jersey-licensed registered nurse, certified in neuromodulators and dermal fillers since 2023. Neurotoxin, dermal filler, and laser and energy-based devices (laser hair removal, IPL, and similar) under the Medical Director’s written protocols and treatment orders.

Tiffany Katsiff

Licensed aesthetician. Facials and skin treatments within the New Jersey aesthetician scope of practice. Does not inject and does not operate laser or energy-based devices.

Bella Speicher

Licensed aesthetician. Facials and skin treatments within the New Jersey aesthetician scope of practice. Does not inject and does not operate laser or energy-based devices.

Laser hair removal, IPL, and other laser or energy-based treatments are performed by Dr. Francis and by our registered nurses — only operators who have been trained and signed off on that specific device by the Medical Director, who also serves as Laser Safety Officer. In New Jersey a licensed aesthetician may not perform laser hair removal, microneedling, or any procedure that goes below the outermost layer of the skin, and we do not ask ours to.

Physician-only

Procedures Dr. Francis Never Delegates

Some procedures at this practice are performed by Dr. Francis personally and by no one else. Our booking system enforces this: they cannot be scheduled with any other provider, and each requires a consultation first.

  • O-Shot® (PRP injection, women’s intimate wellness)
  • P-Shot® (PRP injection, men’s intimate wellness)
  • Vampire Breast Lift® (PRP injection to the breast)
  • Under-eye (tear trough) filler

How Supervision Works Here

New Jersey does not have a “med spa” regulation. What governs an aesthetic practice is the general practice-of-medicine law, each clinician’s own license, and — operationally — the Medical Director’s written protocols. Ours say the following, and they are the standard we hold ourselves to.

1. Every injector is trained and signed off, treatment by treatment

Staff perform only the services their license permits and that the Medical Director has delegated to them in writing, after documented training and a signed competency assessment on that specific service and, for devices, that specific device. A manufacturer’s certificate or a weekend course does not expand anyone’s scope here.

2. You are told who will treat you, by name and license type

Your consent form names the person performing your procedure and their license. A patient who books expecting one provider and is treated by another without being told has a consent problem regardless of how well the treatment goes — so it does not happen here.

3. Who draws your blood for PRP

Your blood is drawn by a New Jersey-licensed registered nurse. Both locations hold a New Jersey blood bank license for this — see Licenses & Credentials.

4. Where, and with what

We treat only at our two licensed practice sites. No house calls, no hotel or event treatments, no “Botox parties.” Every product we inject is purchased by Dr. Francis directly from the manufacturer or a licensed, registered distributor, with invoices retained, stored in temperature-logged medication refrigerators, and reconciled against what is charted. Every treatment is charted with the product name, lot number, and expiration date.

Refusing to work outside scope is protected here. Our staff are never disciplined for declining to perform a service their license does not permit or their protocol does not cover — including when the request comes from a manager or the owner.
